Refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below. By availing of our services, you agree to these terms.

4. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds will be considered only for services that are within the initial 7 days of the start date.
  • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or milestones already achieved.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@ashawebtechitsolutions.com.

b. Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom development work or services or SEO services where a significant amount of resources have already been expended.
  • Any third-party fees incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., domain registrations, hosting fees).
  • No refund will be issued for SEO services.
  • No refund will be issued for SEO services once rank is achieved within the work period.
  • No refund will be issued for SEO services once ranking is down after the working period is over and non-renewal of services by client.

c. Partial Refunds

  • In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the proportion of work completed and costs incurred.
  • In some cases, partial refunds may be issues for SEO services if we did not rank the website within the working period.

5. Cancellation Policy

a. Notice Period

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice for the cancellation of ongoing services.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@ashawebtechitsolutions.com.

b. Fees

  • A cancellation fee of 5% of the remaining contract value will be charged for early termination.
  • Any expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation will be billed to the client.

6. Process for Requesting Refunds or Cancellations

To request a refund or cancel a service, clients must follow these steps:

  1. Submit a written request via email to info@ashawebtechitsolutions.com.
  2. Provide the reason for the request and any relevant details.
  3. Allow 30 business days for us to review and process your request.
  4. We will notify you of the outcome and any further steps.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, we encourage clients to contact us directly to seek a resolution. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to a mediator or arbitrator as per Bhopal Madhya Pradesh law.

8. Amendments to the Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.
